Your holiday cost covers the rental of your chalet / villa accommodation only. Entertainment is not included.
Occupation Times from 15:00pm until 17:00pm on the Arrival date. Check-out is 10:00am on the day of Departure, failure to comply will incur an extra days charge being levied.
Smoking is not allowed inside properties and Pets are forbidden.
Holiday home occupation is strictly limited to those named on the booking form. If this legal requirement is not met then termination of agreed letting with no refund could result.
If the party causes nuisance or disturbance to others they will be asked to leave with immediate effect, with no refund.
There is no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or damage to personal property bought into the premises or communal grounds.
Portable appliances are forbidden as chalets have limited voltage capabilities (e.g. heaters, toasters, sandwich makers, etc.) although personal grooming appliances such as shavers, hairdryers, tongs and straighteners are allowed.
You are responsible for the security of the property for the entirety of your stay.
Lost or mislaid keys will incur a £20.00 charge per key. This charge is collectable once new key is issued.
You will be held responsible to make good or pay for breakages to the property and its contents. The property is to be left as was found in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed and placed in the on-site refuse bins, failure to comply will result in a £40.00 fee being levied.
Deficiencies, breakages or failures are to be reported. Breakages of small items are expected to be replaced or paid for. Repairs are not permitted by guests.
We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc.) or any disturbance that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to alter facilities offered to guests at our discretion. Occasionally maintenance, renovations and factors outside our control may cause differences from those previously advertised. Where possible, we will endeavour to advise guests of any significant changes.
Parking is related to the occupancy of the accommodation booked and vehicles are left at the owners risk. Most holiday parks have designated parking areas.
Each holiday park will be governed by a set of "Park Rules" which you will have to abide by. All parties stay at their own risk, we can hold no liability for illnesses, accidents or deaths. There is no responsibility or liability for personal injury, nor loss of, or damage to personal property.
We reserve the right to enter accommodation under exceptional circumstances, or emergencies.
In the unlikely event that your booked accommodation should become unavailable for any reason, we will offer you alternative accommodation if available. We will not be held liable for any additional expenses or consequential losses incurred or suffered by you.
Should you have any concerns during your stay please log a call to the office. This will provide us with an opportunity to rectify any issues as quickly as is possible. If you still feel matters were not dealt with in a satisfactory manner please report these within 48 hours of returning from your holiday. Any correspondence must be in writing from the lead customer that booked the holiday and letters must carry the signature of the customer due to the data protection act 1998. Please include your holiday reference details, dates and daytime/evening contact numbers.
Force Majeure-No liability can be accepted and no compensation paid by the agent or property owner, where the performance or prompt performance of any obligations by the agent or property owner are prevented or affected, by any event which the agent or property owner could not have reasonably foreseen or avoided including war, or threat of, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activaty,natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of international borders, disease, non-availability of transport services, interruption to services / utilities and all similar events outside the control of the agent or the property owner's.
Notice of Cancellations - Your booking of a holiday accommodation with Leysdown Holiday Services is a legal contract and as such we require written cancellation within 28 days prior to the commencement date of your holiday will result in the loss of your deposit. However, cancellation after this period will result in the full balance being due and no refunds of any monies will be paid.
